MODULE 1
The Wheel of Life
The wheel of life is where your personal development journey begins. In this module, you are going to have you look at your life in a way that you never have before and what I mean by that is, you were going to look at your life from a holistic standpoint and evaluate how satisfied are you with your health and fitness, your love and romance, your purpose and contribution and other important parts of your life.
MODULE 2
Values Exploration
In this module we're going to do a deep dive into the essence of who you are, and we’re going to discover and explore your 5 core values. The intention is that you get very clear on what's most important to you at your core, fundamental level. You may discover that some of the values that have been guiding your life were inherited from your family or peers and not what’s actually most important to you.

MODULE 3
Integrity & Excellence
This module will motivate you to give 100% to this program empowering you to rise to a new standard of success in all areas of your life. You’ll be presented with the impact of integrity and how crucial it is to your success. We're going to define what integrity and excellence mean to you.
MODULE 4
Belief Systems
In this module, we're going to dive deep into the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from tapping into your true potential and overcoming whatever obstacles or barriers there are that are stopping you from taking action and stepping into your greatness. This is going to require you to really dive deep and look into the real reason why you are holding yourself back from doing the things that you want so badly in life. Once you have the awareness of the limiting beliefs, and their root cause, you then have a starting point to work on and overcome them so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
